Shipping & Refund policy on our products

As of now, we do deliver our products across India and our default delivery partners are DTDC and Delhivery. (This is subject to change as and when we find better delivery partner/s)

Shipping Cost
Delivery cost varies based on the product nature and customer location. Shipping cost will be covered and charged along with the checkout/order payment.

Shipping Time
As we are dealing with customized products, dispatching time of the product depends upon the time that’s required to complete/finish the product. Minimum and maximum time required for the completion of the product will be informed to the customer in the order details section and the check out process starts only after the customer agrees to all aspects related to shipping time and cost. Once the product is completed, the product will be delivered to the customer within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping updates
Once the order is places, he/she can visit the order status page any time and track the progress. On dispatching the product with a shipping partner, the tracking details will be included in the order status section so that the user can track the order any time.

Refund policy
Since each of our products are unique and created specifically for each customer, based on their specific customized inputs, these are not refundable. But we do take full responsibility to make sure that the product is reached to you on time (based on the date we communicate with customer) and in good shape without any damage.

In specific case, if it’s obvious that the commitment that we made towards a particular purchase order made by the customer is not met, we have the responsibility to cancel the order and refund the amount paid by the customer towards the purchase order. However, if the commitment, which we made to the customer, is not met because of lack of cooperation from the customer, it is considered as an exception for refund.

If we agree upon cancelling and refunding an order, the refunding process will be completed within 48 working hours from the time of cancellation.
